Three Already???!!!!

Well, then it's time to party!! We don't Monkey around here:):):) Jayden is actually quite the little Monkey, so we thought a monkey themed party would be perfect! Jayden is such a joy to have around and we are so blessed to have her in our family. We love you Jayden!! Uncle Lance got one of the first hugs of the day:) We had a super yummy spread of different pizzas, monkey bread, watermelon, chips, the list goes on! Thanks to all those that brought a little something to the party! Aren't these just the cutest? Awww....the working of a cricut user. If you know me I use a lot of color scheme and food for decor...I found this cute little monkey plate at pottery barn and I HAD to get it just for display at the party. I also found this cup that I filled with lemon drops! A super easy way to dress up a party; buy some cloth and trim the edges for a casual table runner! Brett did a fabulous job on Jayden's monkey cake! green and yellow lollipops, which also served as a favor for the kids to take home. They also colored a wooden monkey puzzle, but that picture is on another camera. Don't ask:) These are chocolate dipped bananas...and yet are they??? They did not turn out as I had imagined. I have no words!! The present station...fun for later! Was I supposed to eat that? The new three year old sporting her monkey painted tattoo:) Ethan sporting the face painted monkey properly. Jayden is such a rebel! Pinata time! What a shot!!! One of the MANY handsome fellows at the party! This was actually the highlight. After the mom's helped the kids with their swing, they almost all swung with one hand. I love it! Ethan really going for it. Look at how happy this makes them, beating up a monkey! Josh taking his turn. Way to go! Jack's running full speed ahead! I'm not sure if they knew what was supposed to happen if they broke it:) Sam was shy at first, but look at that swing! and Rachel made the final break! Lots of yummy healthy snacks in there...with a little candy:)Rachel actually looks a little disappointed here! blowing out the candles. I was NOT helping, I swear:):):) we are a happy family! The excitement of presents!! Jayden and one of her best friends Natalie helping her with the presents. Thanks Natalie! This was actually pretty cute. As she opened each present Jayden would let out a little squeal of excitement. Too cute! I just had to add this in. This is Jayden to a T! Her personality is too cute!! She didn't want her picture taken, but we got one anyway!

This past weekend the girls, my mom and I visited my brother and my grandparents.IT was a short trip, but lots of fun in the sun! Here's the gang hanging out in my grandparents backyard. Jayden loved my brother Scot, and he would bounce her on his knee the whole time! I love this girl! Here we are: my brother Scot and I with my girls and his two boys Braylon and Baylor. The girls absolutely loved playing with them and Braylon was such a good sport. He's fifteen, but was enjoying the girls' company:) My grandma was going to read to the girls, but Rachel decided she wanted to read to her.My grandma was impressed at how well Rachel could read and even called Grandpa over to hear. Rachel was on cloud 9:) My grandparents still won't use a dishwasher because it's wasteful, which it is, but here's my gramps washing with my mom!Isn't he cute? Right across the street was this field of goats. Rachel and Jayden took advantage of the situation and fed the goats weeds! They were in heaven! There were literally hundreds of goats! Here's a small portion of them running to the fence because... Our sweet Jayden would take the wagon over to my grandparent's apple orchards and pick apples... and then bring them back for the goats! They loved her! She loved them too!! Good-bye goats! Good-bye short, but fun trip! We miss you Grandma and Grandpa McGill and Uncle Scot!

The cuteness continues!

seriously!! I can't help myself!! They are too cute!

Day 4 and 5:)

I really did try and talk Rachel in to some different shoes that wouldn't need socks, but this is what she wanted! She wasn't too happy either...another picture mom!! thank goodness dad was there to cheer her up! Day five, Rachel randomly picked this out of her summer clothes because I told her it would be sunny...my bad! Cute but casual. Maybe this would have been put to better use on a P.E. day. Although this is a fabulous color on her! What a cutie! Jayden's 2nd day of preschool outfit. Maybe I should take their pictures together:) Maybe I might start posting only the super cute outfits too:) Iknow, I'm a little crazy, but that's just me!

While in Utah...

this is what I get from Brett:) Love him to death, but it looks like I need to teach him a few things about taking "outfit" pictures:):) Looks like we'll have to try this outfit again next time:) This is actually pretty cute:) Jayden waiting for her first day of preschool. Jayden and her teacher, Miss Maryanne. She loves her!!

First day of school!

I will be catching up on my blogging soon, but until then you get to look at these:) Rachel had her first day of 1st grade today! She was so excited, but was sooo sad!! I hate that she'll be gone all day! I love having her around:):) Her first outfit was not what I wanted her to wear, but after she saw the rain, this is what she picked! Hopefully she'll wear something a little cuter over the next couple of days. I'll be in Utah for her second and third day of school, so I will blog about her outfits when I get back. I know I'm crazy but the outfits are my favorite part of going back to school:) Brett didn't get the boots in the photo which makes the outfit a little cute:) Jayden of course had to get in there too! trying to figure out where to hang her backpack The cute girls! Rachel was ready for us to leave, so we left. I can't wait to hear all about her first day!!
