Disneyland day 3 and 4

Although we had a lot of fun at Disneyland, I have to say that it was too much for my kiddos. We went back on day three and after a couple of hours asked if we could go home:(:( that's just how they are. We went back to the hotel late afternoon and they swam for a couple of hours and wanted to just stay there all day. I can't say I blame them. It was beautiful and relaxing:) Another reason this wasn't as fun is because it was a Friday and it was a lot busier. We also went Sat. morning for a little while and that was even worse! We expected that of course, but it really took it's toll on the kids. The last two days we did a lot of park hopping from Disneyland to CA Adventure. It was crazy! So...here's what we did and the fun we were able to have!

We decided to go to Ariel's Grotto for lunch and have a Character Dining experience. The girls paid for their lunch and Brett and I paid for ours. The food was actually pretty good. and the girls were in heaven!

The girls heading down the stairs in anticipation... you can taste the excitement!

Finally!!!! We get to meet Ariel!! Our trip is now complete:)

The girls were super happy to see Belle and show off their dresses!

Our dessert platter: yes please!

Rachel went on this a few times...but I was starting to feel sick after two times:(

The girls also loved the jelly fish! We went on this a couple of times as well.

Jayden loves, loves, loves Jake and the Neverland Pirate, so she was super excited to get this picture!
Oh, the Amazing Ariel Ride. This was so beautiful  and fun for the girls...they said no pictures, but I couldn't resist! :(:(

yet another carousel, really Jayden???

We love Jessie. we're just bummed we missed Buzz and Woody!

On the last day we gave the girls the gift cards they bought and they went to town. Oh my were they happy!
This was another long line, no matter what day we were there this line was always huge! Brett was super dad and waited in line for 30 minutes so that the girls could get this picture. Thanks dad!
Our last stop was watching the Jedi Training. Rachel was too shy to go and Jayden was so tired she almost fell asleep on me. After watching the training Rachel was upset that she didn't volunteer to get picked. I guess that's what you get when you hesitate! Oh well, it was really fun to watch and they loved it!

Good-bye Disneyland! I hope I never have to see you again!! Wait, did I just say that??
It was nice to be home and in our own beds:)

Disneyland Day 2: Seaworld!

On the second day we drove down to San Diego and went to Seaworld! My personal favorite!!

Rachel and Brett went on this ride:Atlantis. It was super cool, but I missed getting a picture of them at the top so I just photographed another group to show what it does. Rachel was a tough chick!
On the start of an adventure: get ready to see lots of animals!

 This walrus was so cool!

This bird was literally right next to me...I did not zoom my camera. Creepy!

Jayden was afraid to touch the sea stars, but she finally did it!

My favorite part: the shows! The girls were entranced the whole time!

We went on this ride that took us over the Ocean. Very calm and relaxing!
A fun part for the girls: the play area. Jayden was right in her element here!

More fun kid rides and then time to go back to the hotel!
The girls got to spend some of their money here and they felt like it was Christmas! All that sacrifice paid off!
Typical CA style, traffic stopped because of a stand off. Lovely! We finally made it back in time for bed so we could go to Disneyland again!
Brett's dad also joined us, but he has all the pictures of him with the girls...I'll have to update:):)
