WOW! Was this the best pumpkin/farm adventure or what? The girls had a blast and there were so many choices of fun activities. Next time we need more sun and more time:)Here's The Farm in Snohomish!
We started our adventure with a little tractor ride:)
The girls seemed to be enjoying themselves.
and then the tractor started! Jayden was not a happy camper!!
Rachel on the other hand was in heaven!
The only reason this turned out okay was because the tractor stopped to let other off for the maze, which we knew we did not have time for:)
Next we started our search for the best pumpkin! The girls loved the wheelbarrow!
Let the hunt begin!
Rachel and Jayden with the coolest pumpkin ever! I love how Jayden is squatting here; can't get dirty!
Rachel wanted a turn at the wheelbarrow. As soon as the picture was done, the wheelbarrow started to tip over, thankfully my kids have a super fast superhero mom to save the day!
On our way to pay for the pumpkins, we found a tiny play area, so of course the girls went to play! Rachel on the monkey bars!
Jayden's gloves kept falling off so I had to keep putting them back on!
now you can play Jayden! too cute!
After the pumpkins were safely in the car we ventured out and found a way cool play area for the kids! Jayden on a tractor bike!
So, of course Rachel had to try one too!
We stopped for a brief moment to watch the duck races, which was seriously my favorite part!
Back to the play area and into the corn pit! Rachel making a corn angel!
No colorful McDonald's balls here, just corn! The kids thought it was the coolest! Jayden just relaxing for a bit.
She was so excited about the corn, she kept showing it to me!
Next we found some fun tube slides. Rachel went down on a gunnysack.
Jayden went down the smaller one to dad. cutie!
Rachel found a tractor to pretend to drive.
Next up: fun animal swings made out of tires:)
One of our last adventures: the petting farm. You can't see too well here, but these piglets were going to town drinking milk from their mama! Poor mom!
Some cute little ducks! We saw many more, but really, I'm not going to post them all:)
On our way to the car I saw this picture perfect backdrop, but just as we were about to take a picture some other kids came along and scooted us over and then my girls were not wanting their picture taken. Oh well, at least I tried:)
The only activity we didn't do that we want to next year is the hay maze for the kids. I know they would have loved it, but we had already had too much fun! Good-bye til next year farm!

competitive!
I was talking with one of my good friends on the phone this morning and she was telling me how well she was keeping up on her blog. She then proceeded to tell me that she was doing better than me at keeping up to date on her blog!! Well, I couldn't have that, so my blog is now completely updated and I even have our ward Trunk or Treat posted before her!! Seriously, I'm really not that competitive, right? Enjoy the updates, there are quite a few!!!

Trunk or Treat!
Our ward trunk or treat was Saturday night. A little early for me, but whatever:):):) The girls had a blast and Rachel was so excited to FINALLY wear her costume!
Rachel and Jayden. AKA: Dorothy and The Wicked Witch. Rachel's costume was made by her Grandma Taz and it turned out FABULOUS!!! Thanks Grandma!
Jayden doing her "ta da" pose!
The kids had to wait in line for the trunk or treat: do a little parade first and then get the candy:) Rachel is by one of her good friends from church, Corbin.
Jayden with some of her loot.
Rachel very happy about her loot.
Why not add to the collection?
Trunk or Treat!
Mom and Rachel by one of the coolest decorated trucks!
Grandma Kathy, Grandma Taz and the girls. I think everyone was a bit tired!
The girls with some friends comparing loot!
Can't wait for Saturday to get more sugar:):) This year Rachel has a school carnival and trick or treating. Why do we torture ourselves?

Happy Birthday Rachel! (Just a little Early)
Brett's dad came up to celebrate Rachel's birthday with her this past week. Her big day isn't until November 13th, but he's leaving for Vegas until MAY!!! So, we celebrated early:):)
We started by picking up Rachel from school. She was so happy to see Grandpa!
Then Grandpa took Rachel to her choice for lunch: Olive Garden. Jayden being so cute...

Rachel loving the celebration!
We came back home for some special pink cupcakes from Grandpa! He loved them! KAthy wasn't so sure:)
Jayden was happy...

Matching Apple Dresses!
So this dress started with Rachel and then when I went back to the store later, the dress was even cheaper, so I decided to get one for Jayden too! I love them!
Here's the girls. They even have cute little apples going down the side of their tights, but you can't see them here. Yes, I know I'm silly!
This picture was supposed to show Jayden's shoes, but I didn't take it. Hers has red little apples on the buckle part, so dang cute!!
Sisterly love with matching hair bands!

Cuteness
I know I have a lot of these posts, but I just can't help it! I love my girls!
This was one of my favorite outfits of Rachel's that Jayden gets to have now. Love it!
these pictures aren't the best, but the girls were so cute playing together outside. They were picking grass and having a picnic together. I love when they get a long, which is most of the time:)
Jayden putting grass in her bucket. Rachel was nice enought to let Jayden have the bucket while she used a Frisbee:)
Picnic time! Too cute!
My talented gymnasts in jammies!
Hi mom!
Rachel with her homemade headband painting away. She loves painting!
